Let’s get started on your dream home. The average professional interior design project takes 6-18 months from start to finish. There’s no better time than now to start the conversation.

During a brief complimentary call, we’ll chat about your project goals and timelines and determine how we can help deliver you the best process and results.

Please note that we have a $25k per-space minimum investment in furnishings and decor, as is standard for full-service interior design firms. Design fees are additional and depend on your project’s scope. Full-space interior design fees are charged on a flat rate basis and can range anywhere from $3,500 for a small or partial space to $15k+ for kitchen and bathroom design. Generally speaking, the more detailed the design, the higher the design fee. Flat rate design fees include a certain number of revisions, project management hours, procurement, and installation. Hourly design starts at $225/hour. Any construction, permitting, and architecture fees are separate and are charged by your chosen builder and/or architect.
